Service Description
SoulJodi provides digital matrimony services including bride/groom profile browsing, biodata management, profile review, subscription access, mediator support, tenant/community matrimony workflows, and admin-assisted contact steps.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate profile and biodata information, use photos and personal details lawfully, respect other users, avoid harassment or fraud, keep account access secure, and report suspicious profiles or payment issues.
Matrimony Service Limitations
SoulJodi helps with profile discovery and digital access but does not guarantee marriage, match acceptance, contact response, background verification completeness, or outcome of any interaction. Families are responsible for independent verification before making decisions.
Subscription Terms
Some features require a paid digital subscription or admin-approved activation. Current public display values are listed on the pricing page, while backend/admin pricing remains dynamic. Access may begin after payment verification or admin approval.
Tenant and Mediator Usage Rules
Tenant/community admins and mediators must use SoulJodi only for authorized matrimony workflows. They must not misuse private phone numbers, upload fake biodata, impersonate families, or bypass privacy masking rules.
Privacy and Contact Rules
Public users, tenants, and mediators should not receive original bride/groom phone numbers unless a role-authorized, privacy-safe flow allows it. Public contact masking uses +91 9676890339 where applicable.
Safety, Moderation, and Account Restrictions
SoulJodi may review, restrict, suspend, or remove content/accounts involved in fraud, abuse, impersonation, illegal content, payment misuse, spam, or violations of these terms.
