Depending on your usage, SoulJodi may collect account details, name, gender, age/date of birth, matrimony profile data, biodata, caste/community and region preferences, education, occupation, income range, photos, profile status, tenant/community details, mediator information, support tickets, payment/subscription identifiers, device/session metadata, and safety reports.
Profile Data, Photos, and Biodata
Profile details, photos, and biodata are used to show suitable matrimony matches, support admin review, improve trust, and help families or mediators coordinate next steps. Public pages must use safe profile projections and should not expose private bride/groom phone numbers.
Phone Privacy and Contact Masking
Private bride or groom phone numbers are protected. Where privacy masking applies, public users, tenant users, and mediators should see the SoulJodi public/admin contact number: +91 9676890339. Admin-only contact access is controlled by role permissions and backend/database rules.
Subscription and Payment Data
For paid digital access, SoulJodi may store plan selection, subscription status, order IDs, payment verification status, payment provider metadata, admin approval notes, refund/cancellation support records, and related timestamps. Payment data is used for activation, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and support.
How We Use Data
We use data to create and secure accounts, show matrimony profiles, process biodata submissions, manage tenant/community matrimony, support mediators, activate subscriptions, provide customer support, investigate misuse, and comply with applicable legal or payment requirements.
