SoulJodi is a digital matrimony service. We do not ship physical products.
No Physical Shipping
SoulJodi does not sell or ship physical goods. No courier, postal shipping, physical package, or doorstep delivery is involved in normal SoulJodi subscription services.
Digital Delivery
Subscription/profile access is delivered digitally through the SoulJodi website/app after successful payment verification or admin approval. Access may include profile browsing, biodata viewing, interest/contact request support, mediator/admin assistance, and related online matrimony features.
Delivery Timeline
Automated activation may be available immediately after payment verification. Manual/admin approval flows may take up to 24-48 business hours depending on payment confirmation, profile review, tenant/community checks, or support workload.
Delivery Issues
If access is not visible after payment, contact SoulJodi support with your registered mobile/email, amount, plan name, payment date, and transaction reference.
